Twenty-six years have built the relationships that luxury in Iceland depends on: the finest hotels and lodges, the best chefs, pilots and private guides, the people who pick up the phone for them. That is the baseline. What guests remember is what happens around it. A table set somewhere it has no business being. A canyon with no one else in it. A guide who knows exactly when to stop the car.
